I started repairing electronics when I was 13, back when they all seemed very expensive to me.
At 25 I opened my own shop, and I've been repairing phones in Johor Bahru since 2015.
Finishing means only the broken part is replaced. Every edge sits flush, every screw goes back where it came from, and nothing goes home until it has been cleaned and checked.
That's why I'd rather show you our warranty records than a stopwatch: of 538 repairs with a warranty, 10 came back for a warranty fix.
And what I enjoy most hasn't changed: the smile on a customer's face when their phone works again.
