Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open. If you'd like us to check we have the part for your model first, WhatsApp us a photo of the phone.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the repair and the part. We tell you when it will be ready before we start, and send you a WhatsApp message when it is.
Which phones do you repair?
iPhone, Samsung, OPPO, Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO, vivo, realme, HONOR and HUAWEI, Infinix and more. Not sure about yours? WhatsApp us the model.
Do I need to give you my passcode?
No. We repair and test without it. If a check needs the phone unlocked, you unlock it yourself, in front of us.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, up to 90 days, depending on the repair and the part. We tell you the warranty for your repair before we start, and it is written on your receipt.
What if something isn't right after the repair?
Bring it back with your receipt. Within the warranty written on it (up to 90 days), a warranty fix costs you nothing.
